Wrist Flexion (Flexibility)

Choose a preferred language
  1. Stand or sit and hold your arms straight out in front of you.

  2. Dangle your right hand at the wrist. Your palm should face towards your body and your fingers point DOWN towards the floor.

  3. Gently press down on your right hand with your left hand. Feel the stretch in your right wrist and the top of your hand.

  4. Hold for 30 to 60 seconds, then relax.

  5. Switch arms and repeat 2 times.
