  1. Acuéstese boca abajo con una almohada debajo de la cadera. Puede acostarse sobre una colchoneta o una toalla.

  2. Deje los brazos rectos a los lados del cuerpo.

  3. Lentamente levante el pecho para separarlo del piso, mientras jala los brazos con suavidad hacia atrás. Mantenga el cuello recto y las orejas alineadas con los hombros. Mantenga esta posición durante 5 a 10 segundos, o según le hayan indicado y, luego, acuéstese nuevamente.

  4. Repita el ejercicio entre 2 y 4 veces, o según le hayan indicado.
